Super GT round 4, Sugo

 
Super GT tries to hit all of the major circuits of Japan, and round 4 was Sugo's turn. Located near Sendai, this is an older circuit with lots of character. The elevation changes are quite extreme in some locations, and there is a good mix of tight corners and long straights. This was a difficult track for many of the drivers, with a large variety of shunts and crashes making it a race of attrition. In the end it was a Supra sweep in GT500, a bit of history in the making.
